Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our North American fulfilment centre. Standard shipping is a flat $6.95, and free on orders over $60. Canada: 2–6 business days. USA: 3–8 business days. Tracking is emailed automatically once your order leaves the warehouse.
Returns
If a product isn’t right, return it within 30 days for a full refund — even if opened. We just ask why, so we can keep improving. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Duties & taxes
Canadian orders include GST/HST/PST by province. US orders show sales tax by state at checkout. Because we fulfil within North America, there are no surprise cross-border duties.
