Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. We never test on animals, and our formulas are vegan wherever the chemistry allows. Any exceptions are clearly noted on the product page.
How do I layer products together?
Cleanse, then apply water-based serums thinnest to thickest, then treatments, then oils and moisturizer, and SPF last in the morning. Go slow with strong acids and retinol when starting out.
Can I use retinol and vitamin C together?
We recommend vitamin C in the morning and retinol in the evening rather than layering them at once, especially while your skin adjusts. Always pair actives with daily SPF.

What’s your return policy?
30 days, full refund even on opened products — we just ask for a quick reason so we can improve. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
